NY Concealed Carry Ban Ruled UNCONSTITUTIONAL! (Video)

New York responded to the Bruin decision by implementing a tyrannical, unconstitutional concealed carry ban.  However, that ban has been deemed unconstitutional.  It’s surprising that something that clearly infringes on the rights of the people took a couple of years to be deemed unconstitutional.
